"Notre hôte a été très arrangeante pour notre arrivée. Elle nous a très bien expliqué l'accès au parking et à l'appartement par téléphone puis nous a très bien accueilli à l'arrivée. L'appartement est très bien situé au centre de Saint Jean Cap Ferrat avec plage, restaurant, port à 5min à pied, dans un quartier très calme. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé, avec climatisation."

"The property is an old, high ceiling apartment with a renovated bathroom. Very comfortable bed, pretty and enjoyable. It is a short walk to the beach, a grocery store and many restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a laundry machine with a dryer, laundry detergent was provided. The key lock box was stuck when we tried to open it, so you might need to be a bit more forceful when opening it."

"A shower curtain and a working AC would be nice :) The noise from passing cars can be annoying at night but bearable if you close the window. Probably less comfortable in hot weather since AC is not really working and you will need the window open. The handle on the door is shaky but I used the lock on top of it and it was fine, no security issues for me."

"Absolutely amazing apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace and view are actually more amazing than the photos! Hélene, who looks after the property, is brilliant… helpful and very friendly. The location is perfect in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, 5 mins from bars, restaurants and a gorgeous bakery. We loved it all."

"Il serait bien que la hauteur du parking soit indiquée, ce qui n'est pas le cas, sauf erreur de notre part. Notre voiture ne passait pas (max. 1.80m). La poignée de porte de la salle de bain nous est restée dans la main."

"L’appartement est magnifique, très propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse donne sur un jardin splendide et calme. Tout le confort y est. Super emplacement. Un bus qui s’arrête devant la résidence, c’est très pratique. La propriétaire est très accueillante et très arrangeante . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter."
